City Manager/城市经理

工作职责：

- 负责城市KPI的设定，包括为所有渠道设定重点和目标，与下属团队进行充分沟通，确保达成城市整体销量、销售额及新客户的增长，实现城市业务目标

- 执行所在城市的门第规划（分渠道）以及覆盖范围计划

- 保证所有门店的陈列按照《门店陈列手册标准》优异执行

- 执行总部及区域的商务推广计划及市场活动

- 对分销商进行管理，以实现分销目标，并为零售商提供良好的服务水平

- 控制分销商零售价格，避免窜货

- 按照总部及区域的CRM活动计划，实施招募和转化活动

- 管理及批准预算，并评估支出的成效

- 优化本地销售团队，以实现覆盖范围和有效拜访目标

- 培训、发展并激励员工，尤其通过在职指导管理员工

工作要求:

- 大学本科毕业

- 5年以上FMCG行业背景，其中1年以上团队管理经验

- 熟悉传统通路、现代通路及经销商管理

- 具备优秀的销售技巧，善于人际沟通

- 能了解客户的需求，并能与客户建立与维护良好的关系

- 良好的抗压能力及适应能力

- 大学英语四级，有良好的英文阅读、书写能力
