Job Description *
1.1 Primary Responsibility
1) All NPI and MP FAI/CPK reports review and approve.
2) Create Measurement method set up (MI)
3) Create Auto measurement Program for CMM/VMM/OMM
4) Ensure all Measurement Instrument Calibration and Maintenance
5) Facilitate the Gage R&R analysis
1.2 Secondary Responsibility
1) People management, attendance, presence, effectiveness
2) Continuous improvement programs and 5S

Job Requirements *
1.1 Education Qualification
1) Engineering School; Mechanicals, other but related to Engineering
1.2 Knowledge & Skills
1) Can read 2D Mechanical drawings and specification including GD&T
2) Can used the CMM create auto measurement program (Zeiss ,Mitutoyo, Hexagon)
3) More than 4 years working experience for CMM/Projector/HG
4) Very good measurement theory knowledge , including SPC and GR&R.
5) Office software skill and English language including Auto-CAD and Pro-E
6) Language: Chinese and English, fluent

1) Self-discipline.
2) Teamwork oriented, patient, responsible, and be good at communication
3) Open minded and willing to learn
4) Diligence
5) Skilled to manage people
1.4 Experience
1) 4 years working as Sr. Engineer for Metrology in a Mechanical environment company.
1.5 Other Requirements
1) Able to work under hard environment conditions.
