Job Description *
职责:
1. 熟悉冲压、注塑及二次加工工艺及流程;
Be familiar with stamping, molding and secondary process/technology
2. 与客户沟通，及时处理客户端的品质问题，将客户的要求转换成内部的品质标准;
Communicate with customer for any quality issue and handling it timely, Translate customer requirements to internal quality standards;
3. 起草和更新相关QA作业指导书;
Establish and finalize QA Inspection and test instructions;
4. 主动与相关品质工程（PQE&SQE）合作完成任务;
Empower to instruct and coordinate all other QE (PQE or SQE) to accomplish the tasks;
5. 依据客户提出的品质问题，主导内部改善项目，并且召集相关部门的负责人，召开内部品质改善会议，跟进改善结果;
Launch and drive internal improvement project according to quality issue from customer complaint, and calling internal improvement meeting with the related department, following the improvement result;
6. 负责客户的反馈，认真对待客户提出的要求及建议，制定出适当的改善措施，并确认其有效性;
Response to customer feedback, Take lead to look into quality concern from customer. Work out proper CA and verify effectiveness;
7. 跟进工程变更的进度并验证效果
Follow up engineering change and validate the effectiveness after change
8. 按客户要求提供8D
Provide 8D to customer as per requirement
9. 为每个新产品发布PMP （管控计划）
Issue the PMP (Control Plan) for every new product
10. 提供NPI质量支持和发布NPI报告
Provide NPI Quality support and issue the NPI report
11. 与工程部合作开展PFMEA
Work with engineering team to develop the PFMEA
12. 给所有的IPQC成员提供关于新项目或新的检验指导的培训
Provide the necessary training to all IPQC team about new projects or new Inspection Instructions

Job Requirements *
职位要求：
1. 大专或以上学历College background or above;
2. 3年以上相关品质工作经验;Min 3 years work experience in QA field;
3. 熟悉QC7大手法，PFMEA, 8D和SPC等品质工具，制程改善，问题解决; Knowledge of QC-7tools, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D and SPC etc. quality tools, improvement and issue solve;
4. 良好的团队合作精神，好的工作态度及沟通和组织能力; Good team work, work attitude and communication skill;
5. 良好的英语读写能力.Bilingual, Chinese and Good English speaking, reading & writing skill;
6. 具有NCVM方面经验优先NCVM experience will be plus
