Job Description *
?Responsible for automation software development
?Responsible for vision system application and development
?Responsible for software frame design review, approve concept design and key design drawings
?Responsible for leveraging industry best practices to improve the team and productivity and implementing development processes that are shared by cross teams.
?Responsible for engage in difficult / complex / important automation project, settle down technical difficulties and guide design engineer’s work
?Responsible for coaching design engineer to continue improving electrical design skill
?25% travel requirement WW

Job Requirements *
?Ph.d degree within software Engineering
?3+years experience as a Senior software engineer
?5+ years of increasing management experience in software development, project management and a well-rounded leadership and management background.
?Able to lead a team of software design engineers
?Familiar with at least one of the languages: C++/C#/, familiar with corresponding developing kit
?Familiar with SQL Server or Oracle, good experience of database development & maintenance.
?Proficient at OpenCV , SDK provided by well-known vision supplier.
?Familiar with C/S, B/S system development.
?Familiar with multiple interface development with other devices or shop floor system.
?Experience on PC-Based control system’s development
?Experience on embedded system development, WinCE, Embedded Linux etc…
?Experience on Robot control programming
?Have basic knowledge of other disciplines like electronics and electrical engineering
?Have excellent communicative abilities
?A very well developed analytical ability
?Ability to think in concepts and to translate this concept into a practical design
?Very good technical skills
?Creative thinking capability
?Have a good understanding of the English language and can communicate in English in speech and in writing
