Responsibilities：
岗位职责
1.Installing and configuring Client PC OS and applications according to company request
根据公司要求安装和配置客户端PC系统
2.Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting the problems of Client PC, Printer, Avaya IP Phone system, Server, and Network infrastructure devices
协助维护和排除客户端PC，打印机，Avaya电话系统，服务器，网络设备的故障
3.Disaster Recovery and backup: Monitor and test backup procedures to ensure reliable recovery and help design disaster recovery plan
灾难恢复和备份：监控和测试备份流程，确保恢复的可靠性；帮助构建灾难恢复计划
4.Maintaining and help promoting Data Security System
维护和改进数据安全系统
5.IT Asset Management: Maintain IT asset inventory. Assist in procurement and replacement of IT devices including PC, Server, and network devices, etc.
IT资产管理：维护IT资产清单。协助采购和替换IT设备，包括PC，服务器，网络设备等

REQUIREMENTS
岗位要求
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education:
1.university degree, major in computer science or related
本科，计算机相关专业
2.2 years above IT service industry /DELL server management/ Cisco device management experience
2年以上IT服务/DELL服务器管理/Cisco设备管理经验
3.Good English communication skill in reading and writing
良好的英文读写能力
4.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2
具备Windows 7, Server 2008 R2的知识
5.Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
具备微软Office系列软件的知识
6.Knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec

7.Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
