Role Summary/Purpose
The Artificial Lift and key account manager will be responsible to drive the growth and development of the organisation in China, mainly focused with offshore customers, to ensure sustained growth in the market and the fulfilment of sales goals and objectives while at the same time maintaining and promoting total adherence to Company and government EHS policies, procedures and regulations throughout the organization.

Interface primarily with assigned external customer for all matters concern

Essential Responsibilities
• Drive At the Customer, For The Customer (ACFC) programs with key focus on deepening customer relationships and direct demand generation
• Establish, implement, and monitor the Order-Thru-Remittance (OTR) process for assigned customers
• Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer
• Cover all disciplines within the OTR process, including financial, contractual, and legal relations with the customer
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders, acknowledgements,
• Purchase Order amendments, and alteration notification
• Maintain complete and current knowledge of the product / OTR status including future use and needs of the customer
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions, and customer base
• Manage the activities of supporting organizations to ensure that technical and business problems are resolved in the balanced interest of GE and the customer
• Develop and maintain a customer preference relationship toward GE
• Provide liaison between Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Engineering to resolve product field issues
• Matrix with existing functional and P&L teams to achieve growth objectives
• Structure, price, negotiate and close deals

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university or college
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales position
• At least 3 additional years of experience in customer logistics, sales, or support operations
• Preferably experienced in Artificial Lift, production or well completion operations.
