国际俱乐部经理

知名地产公司，超高端楼盘的配套俱乐部。

工作职责：

- 全面负责俱乐部所属的体育会馆（4000多平方米平）、咖啡厅等部门日常管理工作

- 负责制订俱乐部年度经营目标及季度、月度经营计划，经公司批准后组织和监督实施

- 负责本部门工作分工及调整，确保各下属各机构工作的正常开展，对本部门的工作负领导责任

- 负责本部门管理制度的编写、修订，并组织具体实施

- 建立部门风险识别、风险检测、风险审阅机制

- 定期评估部门运转过程中存在的风险，不断改进防御风险的方法和措施，将风险控制或降低在可在企业接受范围内

- 建立健全部门内部控制体系，并监督实施情况

- 严格控制财务管理的各个环节,避免弄虚作假

- 负责对各下属机构的成本进行核算，对经营情况进行分析并汇总上报

- 负责制定及实施培训计划，总结培训情况

- 完成领导交办的其它工作

工作要求：

- 大专以上学历，或酒店管理相关专业

- 5年以上五星级酒店或高档会所管理经验

- 熟悉休闲项目及体育场馆的管理，熟悉羽毛球场馆者优先

- 有较强的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力
