汇报线：技术经理
工作职责:
1. 在机加工工厂参与新产品准备会.
Attend PQPM at machining factory.
2. 跟踪产品开发过程, 复制失败事例, 复制工艺卡片. 安排样品的第三方检验和其他检验.
Track the development of the samples, copy the failure history from NEPMac, copy working instruction. Arrange the 3rd lab inspection and other inspections.)
3. 当产品需要外包的时候,整理所有相关文件,在供货商处进行工艺复制. 定期巡检.
When get direction to subcontract the product, take all files and duplicate the process at subcontractor. periodic audit visiting subcontractors.
4. 在供货商处,分析,帮助解决和汇报问题. 在NEPmac寻求支持并且指导供货商改善.
On site analysis, help resolve the issues, help submit tech report, seek/get support from NEP mac and then instruct supplier improve.
5. 外包结束以后整理相关文件存档.
File all documents after subcontracting.
6. 其他协助商贸公司的样品处理和整理工作,协助现场管理.
Assist the samples handling and other work at Mac, assist the onsite work

职位要求：
1. 机械类本科，工程师背景. 英文CET-4级,熟练使用电脑,办公软件和计算机辅助设计软件.
Bachelor degree, Engineer background, major in Mechanical/Machining/manufacturing; CET-4, good communication both in Chinese and English reading and writing. Proficient at PC operation. And CAD software.
2. 机加工经验和背景. 能够理解和传达工艺和加工方法, 对CNC工作原理, 方法和概念了解.
Background and experience with machining, can understand and transfer machining process/technics, understand CNC working method and concept.
3. 了解加工产品质量检验的相关知识和经验.能够使用各种量具.
Know machining process and related quality inspection knowledge. Have knowledge on usage of measuring tools.
4. 有编制并审核工作指导书及相关质量文件、编制审核样品报告和PPAP文件的相关经验.
Experience on making and reviewing machining instructions, quality documents, sample inspection reports, PPAP documents independently.
5. 踏实敬业、有团队合作精神
Can focus on the assignment, teamwork spirit. Cooperative.
6. 能够用英语汇报机加工问题现状和分析报告.良好沟通能力.
Can submit formal report about the machining issue/status/analysis in English. Good communication ability in reading and writing.
7. 求知欲强, 实践,学习能力强.
Curious, good ability of learning and operating.
