该岗位工作地点在佛山
Responsibility Summary:
- Handling the order processing from getting the sales order to delivery.
- The main project activity planner and controller in the whole project. Responsible for project cost, time schedule and quality control.
- Project communication and coordination with End User, Design institute, AFSR and vendor.
Major Duties:
- Prepare project plan and supervise the process to meet the delivery time schedule within budget.
- Main responsibility of project activities including SAP system maintenance
- Project cost control, time schedule and quality control, risk management
- Prepare and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up
- Commercial issues follow up including payment, invoice and billing etc
- Try to meet customer satisfaction during project execution.
- Maintain and develop customer relationship throughout the project
- Establish project organization
- Prepare, maintain and distribute project plan to relative parties
- Get design specification from AFSR
- Get equipment design scheme and drawing from vendor basing on AFSR’s specification.
- Communicate and coordinate AFSR and vendor to fix the equipment design
- Organise and participate the liaison meeting and design review meeting with End User/ Design Institute if necessary
- Communicate and coordinate End User/Design Institute, AFSR and vendor to finalize the layout design.
- Get equipment final approval from AFSR
- Assistant Purchasing Dept. to issue PO to vendor especial for the technical appendix
- Follow up production schedule and quality control.
- Packing and shipping arrangement if necessary.
- Organise and participate commissioning and start-up and get the FAC
- Project documentation management in hard copy and electrical format
- Sharing project information and knowledge openly
- Support sales manager to make request of quotation during bidding phase
- Handle customer complaints or the liquidated damages
- Follow up failure during warrantee period
Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical engineering
- More than 8 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing。
- At least 5 years project management experience
- Training experience in Project Management
- Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral.
- SAP knowledge and excellent team spirit
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
