Job Responsibilities / 职位描述:

Commissioning & Start-Up

· Set up operation team/function including HSSE, maintenance, admin, warehouse, quality & production;

· Prepare & update overall CSU philosophy;

· Prepare & approve operation, maintenance, logistic, HSSE, QC & administration philosophies;

· Accountable for organization development, including competence assessment and development plan;

· Accountable for process safety and asset integrity, sign off statement of fitness;

· Responsible for OPEX;

· Accountable for CSU through successful performance test.

· Accountable for assurance reviews including PSSR and ORR.

Plant Management

· Ensure that all operations and plant meet the short and longer term production programs, in a cost effective and safe manner.

· Ensure effective and efficient operation of all plant/processes/equipment, and containing process losses and re-blends to the minimum. Ensure efficient consumption of energy, utilities, and other resources.

· Ensure that all activities carried out within the operations and plant is in accordance with Group HSSE and Legislative standards and requirements.

· Set clear objectives for subordinates in order to maximize the performance.

· Carry out the role of asset holder for plant and operations

· Carry out the role of local site manager operations at the LOBP

· Ensure that all subordinates are properly trained

Job Requirements / 职位要求

· Graduate or equivalent qualification.

· 5 to 8 years of relevant materials technical experience (including support to operations and/or direct production) is required
