工作职责：
1.Responsible for the Production and Review phases in the Product Lifecycle Management plan, including preparation of new product introduction from R&D to mass production. Collaborating with Production Engineer and QA team for smooth product transition from design prototype to pilot run, to small quantity production run, then to mass volume production run.
2.Responsible for maintaining and updating the product folder for each product line and its golden samples.
3.Raising and/or resolving Engineering Change Request (ECR), following up with the implementation of Engineering Change Note (ECN) that fits to support production environment.
4.Responsible for setting up and commissioning new test workstations.
5.Developing or recommending equipment, tools, jigs, automated calibration and testing, manufacturing processes, etc to deliver quality products and to reduce product costs and cycle times. Evaluating current test procedures (ITR and COP) to identify potential cost savings.
6.Defining requirements for manufacturing capacity, setting up quality criteria, define products soaking cycle time, line-up testing fixtures, design test method for desired objectives and management of documentations.
7.Working closely with QA team to insure that product quality is built into the manufacturing process.
8.Evaluating existing product relative to competitive offering features, functionalities. Soliciting field input regarding market requirements, product features vs. product cost. Recommending lower cost components which have the same quality and performance. Performing the Design of Experiment tests and preparing the Engineering Qualification Reports.
9.Researching and recommending vendors to SCM and QA.

1.大学本科以上学历，3年相关工作经验；
2.具有数据通信背景，熟悉数据交换；
3.了解硬件设计和测试流程，了解数通软件和嵌入式FW设计和测试
4.学科背景：通信、计算机、电子技术；
5.熟悉数据通信产品设计标准，检验标准和制造过程
6.英文基础良好，听说读写流利；CET-6优先；
