The collaboration among the DK and CN team will be extremely important and entails for both onshore and offshore teams to continuously and proactively share input for general operations.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility is to maintenance of our existing IBM TWS environments in order to ensure stable operations. The tasks will be:
? Daily morning follow up on the production from previous evening/night
? Error handling/correction from production errors
? Participation in implementation of requests
? Participating in ensuring ad-hoc runs completed and delivered on time
? Keeping informed on results of KPI/SLA measurements in order to be aware of the performance of the deliveries - as indicator of where to focus and proactively contribute to ensuring KPIs
? Proactively to provide suggestions that will contribute to a better and more stabile
production
? Ensure operations documentation
? Ensure maximum level of automation by identifying gaps in and potential for
automation
? Participation in setting up monitoring of and general securing of operations maturity (continuously identifying and providing input for optimizing monitoring set up)
? Take part in call duty along with DK and CN colleagues
Qualifications:
? You shold have working experience on TWS. Or at least have the working experience on batch scheduling.
? An in-depth understanding of running a daily operation is prerequisite.
? It is prerequisite that the you are able to communicate very well in English (oral as well as written communication)
