Job Description
The Global Service Desk works mainly based on a series of applications and systems. You will answer the calls from the world regarding the application usage issues and questions. As a member of the Global Application Center, you work closely with the application consultants and technical consultants who give you the second-line support.
Other Requirement
Be able to travel to Denmark for several months
As a start, you are only required to work for Danish business hours which are from 14:00 to 22:00 China time. From a future plan, you should be available for 24*7 shift plan
Education and Working Experience Qualification:
Official University education
Computer Science or related major are preferred
Work experience with Helpdesk or Service Desk is preferred
Technical skills
Have a general understanding of IT and administrative IT applications
Pharma knowledge is preferred
Non technical skills
Good Written and Spoken English is highly required when you should communicate in English as daily working language
Service-minded behavior with the good customer care
Good team work Spirit
The job has a direct influence on the team's service objectives. Good execution of the job is crucial for customer perception of NNIT as a service organization.
