Customer-oriented tasks


You have both the desire and the extroverted personality to provide the best possible service and advice to some of the largest and most demanding customers in Denmark, Europe and China. You take responsibility and lead in ensuring customer success based on your knowledge and experience. It is crucial that you understand the significance of that we at NNIT weighting of existing and new customers equally high. Your work offers many varied tasks in all phases of the solution lifecycle:

You often work with colleagues and customers at different locations in China, Denmark and Europe. It makes heavy demands on your flexibility - but not necessarily travelling, visibility and professionalism. You are an outgoing person, and you communicate easily with customers and colleagues at all levels - in English and Chinese. You are able to work with both technical specialists and managers, and you can communicate, understand and solve complex technical and business issues.

Skills

We expect that you have at 2 years of experience with authorization from large projects or solutions, and it is a requirement that you can document your experience at advanced/senior level. You have deep insight into how you as a consultant providing more value to customers and ability as an advisor to give your knowledge. Moreover, you have several years of experience in IT delivery management, and a bachelor degree.

Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2 and Sales is an advantage. You write and speak fluent Mandarin and English is a matter of course.

NNIT is one of Denmark's leading consultancies in IT development, implementation and operations. NNIT has foreign affiliates and offices outside Denmark, including NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd. The others are American office ,SAP Backup Center in the Czech Republic, Microsoft Development Center in the Philippines and a sales agency in Switzerland.

The official establishment of NNIT(Tianjin)Technology Co. Ltd on 26 September 2007 marked its becoming the third foreign office of NNIT. Our domestic and foreign customers are mainly from the pharmaceutical, drug and food industries to whom we provide the latest and professional IT service compatible with the global standards. We have around 300 employees in our China office and we plan to increase the number to 350 in 1 year.
