Job Descriptions:
NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks One intern as Service Desk Engineer in office.
ChallengesYou will act as the single point of contact and the first line IT support. You will directly have the first try to deal incident and request by phone, email or voice mail with customers and escalate to 2nd line support properly.
Incident/request receive, record, handle, escalate and feedback will be your daily work. Keep good communication between customers and back-office engineer withinv NNIT processes should always be in your mindset.
Working hours is from 8:00- 18:00. We prefer that you can work for 3 to 4 days weekly.
If your performance in the intern period is excellent, we will provide you the offer after you graduate.

We have around 300 employees in our China office and we plan to increase the number to 350 in 1 year.
