With your at least 3 years of specialist experience with SAP HR and deep insight into business processes, you are ready to take on the responsibility of a key position in NNIT's ERP Solution Department.
Client-facing work:
You have both the desire and the outgoing personality to give the best service and advice imaginable to some of the largest and most demanding clients in Europe. You take responsibility and lead the way to ensure the client's success using your vast knowledge and experience. It is crucial that you understand that in NNIT, we value existing clients just as much as we do new clients.
Your working day will offer multi-faceted tasks in all the phases of a solution's lifecycle: advice, analysis, design, construction, implementation and maintenance.
The position will frequently involve working with colleagues and clients in different geographical areas - though you don't need to have a mobile work, you must be flexible in time wise, well-organized and totally professional in your approach.
You are an outgoing person, and you can communicate effortlessly with clients and colleagues at all levels. You are able to work together with technical specialists just as well as with managers, and you can convey, understand and resolve complicated technical problems and business issues.

Qualifications:
We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience with SAP HR (for example in PA, OM, ESS &. MSS, PY) in the form large projects or solutions, and you must be able to document your experience at an advanced / senior level. You have deep insight into how SAP HR creates value for clients - and you are able to pass on your knowledge as a consultant.
You also have several years of experience with IT service delivery and have a bachelor degree education.
Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2 and sales involvement will be an advantage. You should be able to speak and write English fluently.
