With at least five years' specialist experience in SAP logistics and deep insight into business processes in regulated industries you are ready to take responsibility in a key position in NNIT's ERP division.
Customer related work
You have deep insight into how SAP creates increased business value for customers, and you have both the desire and the extroverted personality to provide the best possible service and advice to some of the largest and most demanding customers in Europe. You take the lead in ensuring customer success through your knowledge and experience.
Your workday offers many different tasks in all phases of the solution life cycle; requirements, design, build & test, deploy, operate and optimize.
You often work with colleagues and customers located in Europe. This places heavy demands on your flexibility, clarity and professionalism.
In close consultation with customers, you are pivotal in specifying solutions and tasks, and delivering change in our customer's organization and SAP systems. You will be responsible for implementing and developing customer relationships and our clients' SAP solutions with talented colleagues.
You are an extrovert person and you communicate easily with customers and colleagues at all levels. You are able to work with both technical specialists and managers, and you can communicate, understand and resolve complex technical and business issues.

Qualifications
We expect that you have at least five years' experience with SAP logistics and / or manufacturing within one or more of the following modules: QM, PM, APO (including PP / DS and SNP). You've worked on large projects or solutions, and it is a requirement that you can demonstrate your experience on a senior / specialist level. Also, you have several years' experience in IT delivery leadership and probably a higher education.
Experience with ITIL, PRINCE2, PMI and involvement in the sale is an advantage. You are fluent in English (level 5 certification).

Our domestic and foreign customers are mainly from the pharmaceutical, drug and food industries to whom we provide the latest and professional IT service compatible with the global standards. We have around 300 employees in our China office and we plan to increase the number to 350 in 1 year.
