PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* This position is responsible for leading the engineering team to design and develop planers to meet our customer needs and strengthen our market shares.
* Lead an engineering team to design & develop the new planers products
* Develop and maintain engineering documentation.
* Participate in the market study and analysis of the customer needs of targeted segments
* Support current products and localization projects
* Interface with shop personnel during assembly and testing to insure product compliance with design criteria and safety requirements.
* Check and release drawings.
Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience
* 7-8 years of planers design and development experience
* Know well some competitor's products internal and external, such as performance, specifications, pricing and market information, etc
* Master some design software, such as Pro/e, Autocad, Inventor, etc.
* Experience of using some database software, such as PLM, ERP, etc.
* Experience of leading a project team
* Have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause analysis, and deal with internal and external customers.
* Knowledge of hydraulic or electrical system.
Education (Specific Branch of Study, Certificate)
* 4 year degree in Engineering or equivalent experience;
* Master degree in the above are preferred;

Special Consider rations (Shift, Off Hours, Support, Travel, etc.)
* Travel not to exceed 20% annually and 2-month durations
