职位描述
- 负责人事外包服务团队成员的招聘、培训、客户分配及日常管理工作
- 定期拜访重点客户，及时发现问题并予以解决
- 指导下属员工工作，提高客户的满意度
- 根据公司业务发展需要，提出有建设性的意见及建议
- 负责与业务合作伙伴的沟通协调工作
任职要求
- 专科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验
- 人事或人事外包团队管理经验3年以上
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及客户服务意识
- 熟悉国家劳动法律法规
- 能承受较强的工作压力，独立开展各项工作
- 服务过500人以上大中型企业尤佳
