Main responsibilities:
1. Fully in charge of the financial management, audit.
2. Coordinate with the external audit to complete the interim/annual reports in time.
3. Set up and improve the company's financial, internal control, and budget systems, and ensure their
implementations.
4. Analyze the company and its subsidiaries’ operating and financial targets, and disclose the potential
problems for the management’s reference.

Qualifications:
1. Have professional occupation ethics.
2. Bachelor degree or above in finance from global well-known universities, Master degree or above preferred.
3. Have Finance Manager working experience in multinational corporations or domestic large private enterprises;
Familiar with the financial operation of domestic private enterprises and have deep understanding of the
company’s industry preferred.
4. Be experienced with Chinese accounting systems and international accounting rules, have rich experience in
financial analysis, financial management and internal control, and have deep insights in the capital markets;
5.CPA or CFA qualified;
6. Have acute insight and strong feelings with figures, and have strong ability in financial information
statistics, forecasting and analyzing; be experienced with finance, investment, tax and other finance related
knowledge; understand the financial and economical regulations, be familiar with investment, financial
management and laws etc.
7. Expert in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, be able to use English as working language.
