Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for handling all Logistics related matters for Great China
2. Coordinate with HQ and master dealers for incoming shipments
3. Control & monitor all orders from master dealers in Great China
4. Arrange deliveries as per master dealers’ requirement and confirmation
5. Solving problems that may arise in the supply chain
6. Verify invoices from third party suppliers
7. Stock control at warehouse
8. Physical Stock count
9. Assist in yearly external audit requirements
10. Initiate ideas for improvement in the supply chain

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Degree or Diploma in the Logistics field preferred
2. 3-5 years relevant working experience
3. Small/Mid size company experience covering all aspects of the Logistics function
4. Good communication skills with strong English & Mandarin proficiency
5. Able to liaise effectively with senior local and corporate management
6. Self motivated with positive attitude
7. MS Window applications (Excel, Word, etc.), Lotus notes and SAP skills would be an added advantage
8. Stable and willing to work extra hours when required
9. Understand “High-end” market
