Responsibilities:
1. Execute SHE activities on warehouse operational management processes to meet company policy. 按SHE要求实施仓库的安全管理，使得公司相关政策得以落实。
2. As the BBS observer, conduct BBS observation according to the requirement of plant. 根据工厂要求，作为BBS观察员进行BBS的观察。
3. Perform and comply with all housekeeping duties, PPE, and other SHE related rules and policies within warehouse operation and overall plant. 在仓库和厂区的操作中，遵照和完成所有仓储职责，PPE及其它SHE有关规定。
4. Inbound / outbound process operation and comply with regulations (including bounded and chemical) for warehouse & transportation, like quality inspection and stacking. 管理进出库货物(包括保税和化工品等)，如：质量检验与核对、商品码放等。
5. Check-up transition documents and verification of the products, deal with transfer procedure with internal & external delivery. 核对货物的入库凭证，清点入库货物，与送货员办理交接手续。
6. Arrange storage location, record booking and bin coding. 安排货物的存放地点，登记保管账和货位编号。
7. Responsible, oversee, and perform unloading of bulk raw material by procedure. 按操作规程，尽责完成散装原料的卸货和监督工作。
8. Material Handling: Staging of raw materials for production and storage of finished goods from production. 在物料输送方面，负责原材料发放和生产成品的入库工作。
9. Generate good delivery notes according to the sales order in the SAP system following up the rules of FIFO for all DCs. 在SAP系统中根据销售订单并按照先进先出的要求，为所有的仓库生成送货单销售订单。
10. Adjustment base on sales and inventory control process, pick/pack and delivery on timely basis, follow the rules of FIFO and SLOB requirements. 按照销售情况调整、控制库存数量，及时配货，执行先进先出和呆滞品的管理要求。
11. Collecting and filling various products storage data, carry out cycle counting and reporting as required. 填制、报送各种商品单据，定期盘点商品，上报盘点报告。
12. Operate SAP system in warehouse and keep documents and records in proper way. 应用SAP系统在仓库的管理方式，合理的保持业务记录。
13. Handle the key-in of PM notification into the SAP system. 负责SAP系统中输入相关的PM的通知。
14. Cooperate with different departments for service improvement. 与其它部门的合作，提高服务水准。
Requirements:
1. Educational Level: Diploma degree in logistics / engineer / business admin or equivalent major. 物流/工程/商业管理或相当专业的专业学历.
2. Working Experience: 1+ years warehouse working experience in logistics environment，一年以上仓库工作经验。
3. Language Skills: Basic English capability. 基本的英语阅读能力。
4. Familiar with logistics operation management. 熟悉物流管理业务流程。
5. Be able to raise issues, to analyze problems for proposing solutions. 能够发现并及时分析问题，提供解决方案。
6. Good understanding of work processes, mainly on warehouse management but also on all other parts of logistics. 对物流的工作流程有很好的了解。
7. Ability to work under pressure. 能够成熟一定的工作压力。
8. Be comfortable with SAP R/3 preferred; 熟悉SAP系统。
9. Good relationship with others and strong sense of responsibility. 有良好的工作责任心和工作关系。
