Responsibilities:
？ To lead his team in the field on all customer related processes or issues; such as quotation, negotiation, bidding, trial and troubleshooting. ？ To supervise his team and to ensure good communications being carried out between us and customers through daily service work. ？ To maintain and/or secure an agreed business growth year by year. ？ Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales. ？ Work with the R&D, customer service and logistics personnel to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for product and services. ？ To communicate with customer and technical representative to collect sales information and give sales forecast, monthly report and sales report every month. ？ Actively seeks new business potentials.
