About Forensic Services
The Forensic Services Group assists multinational and local clients faced with complex issues related to fraud, bribery, financial crime and accounting irregularities. Our team of specialists - drawn from backgrounds including law, accounting, law enforcement, and IT - helps clients to perform internal reviews, financial analysis, compliance due diligence and risk assessments to stop or prevent financial losses. We assist our clients in upholding ethical business standards, ensuring that they remain compliant with laws and regulations, and responding to crisis situations. We bring in-depth knowledge in the following fields:
- Financial crime examinations
- Forensic technology solutions
- Regulatory compliance reviews
- Fraud risk management and fraud prevention
- Intellectual property and licensing management services
- Dispute analysis and litigation support
- Insurance claims
- Background research services

Responsibilities:

• Acting as Corporate Intelligence specialist / knowledge expert within the Forensics team in Shanghai;
• Ensuring the quality of all deliverables to our clients;
• Drafting background check reports and performing quality review of reports;
• Coordinating, organizing and reviewing the work of associates;
• Coaching and development of associates;
• Client liaison and communications;
• Project administration, including ensuring deadlines and budgets are met; and
• Assisting in business development activities around anti-bribery / anti-corruption solutions and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above;
• Native Chinese language skills;
• Excellent English language skills, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
• Professional experience in corporate intelligence / company background checks / enhanced due diligence in China;
• Proven organizational and project management skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Track record and mindset of delivering quality work products; and
• Highly responsive and consistently meets deadlines.
