Associate

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Senior managers in the coverage of potential investment deal valuation. Responsibilities include financial modeling, analyzing and collecting industry / company information, preparing research reports, and ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirement:

1. Both oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin

2. Sound working knowledge / experience of accounting & finance

3. Ability to interface, present and communicate successfully with all levels of management and in larger groups.

4. Commitment and strong work ethic, self-motivated, pro-active & mature, with strong analytical ability.

5. The ability to multi-task and prioritize, independent team work spirit

6. Deal processing including but not limited to deal verification, confirmation, settlement & problem solving.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant Local and Head Office regulations and procedures.

8. MS, MBA or higher degree with finance & accounting related major preferred

9. At least 2 yrs related working experience
