Responsibilities：
Lead the design and delivery of a proactive end to end recruitment service
Develop Recruitment strategy and initiatives to address regional issues
Manage Recruitment /deployment strategies to ensure sufficient quality resources are available to satisfy project and regional growth needs
Implement Recruitment policies and activities across Asia region
Identify opportunities to upskill and develop recruitment personnel
Manage the overall recruitment, selection and training of staff (taking account of the operating environment) to meet business needs.
Work closely with HR teams across Asia.
Ensure structure of the Recruitment teams in the region are appropriate to achieve business needs and the Recruitment strategy
Manage existing Recruitment resources

Qualifications：
8+ years recruitment experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency with a consulting focus.
Strong background in international recruitment
Experienced in working in multicultural environments
Demonstrable leadership abilities including experience managing small teams
Proven ability to set effective candidate channels/sourcing strategies
Solid understanding of the consulting sector and candidate marketplace.
Excellent communicator, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven people management skills
Business English; written and verbal plus local country language is preferable
