职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? To drive the key HR processes in the business: strategic planning, staffing, organization capability development, performance management, talent management, reward and recognition, internal and external relations employee development and talent management
? Develop, maintain, expand and assess recruiting channels to ensure search qualified candidates
? Interview candidates to fill in job vacancies timely in response to the business requirement.
? Analyze monthly recruiting activities and come up with action plans to improve KPI
? To manage employment contract and agreement, maintain personnel files.
? To update job descriptions, analyze position values, and compile competitive compensation & benefits structures.
? To make annual training plan and competency development roadmap for the organization to ensure that training & learning opportunities provided to the employees are fully in line with organization maturity and employee self development.
? Direct and co-ordinate organizational Performance Management activities, Formulate management objectives resulting from strategic objectives,Monitor the organizations overall performance by all the various functions
? To compile annual salary & benefits budget, process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
? To facilitate training cycle, implement performance management and career development plans.
? To work closely with line managers, department heads for HR operations and continuous improvement.
? To deal with employee relations, resolve labor disputes.
? To manage internal communication channels, including employee newsletters, on-site visit, employee meetings, etc.
? To establish and maintain good relationship with Government.
? To manage HR outsourcing vendors.
Requirements:
? The candidate should have a university degree.
? Minimum 5 years of related experience in manufacturing industry.
? Preferably professional training completed in HR Management practices and People Skills
? Skills, experience and knowledge in formal recruitment techniques including interviewing, assessment and profiling
? Experienced in use of formal Performance Management systems and personal development planning using structured approaches to Development
? Excellent at communication and interpersonal skills
? High integrity and ethics with loyalty to the company
? Details and results oriented
? Strong MS Office skills;
? Fluent English and Chinese language abilities.
? Willing to travel as requested.
