1. Job Position: China Treasury Manager


2. Reporting Line: CFO


3. Location: Shanghai


4. Major Responsibility:



1.Be responsible for the treasury function of DIC Greater China region

2.Rationalize the cash flow management to ensure better utilization of funds available in DIC China.

3.Coordinate with DIC HQ & China subs in arranging cash pooling, inter-Co loan and financing strategy for Capex and M&A projects in China



5. Core Tasks



1.Set-up proper cash management system in China to ensure that DIC entities in China are efficiently / effectively using the funding resources.

2.Ensure external financing are timely arranged, rolled over or replaced.

3.Coordinate with DIC HQ Finance on financing matters.

4.Control major Forex exposures in subs with help from DIC HQ Finance.

5.To optimize the use of cash management tool (cash pooling), explore the possibility of improving efficiency and internal control in cash handling.

6.Provide guidance to the subs in minimizing the cash payment, where possible, all payments to vendors (procurement) and employees (reimbursement) should be made via "auto pay" (E-banking).

7.Ensure that bank related documentation is proper filed (1) loan agreements & rollover (2) signing matrix / specimen etc

8.Provide the divisional management with funding strategy/structure in financing the major Capex and/or M&A projects.

9.Coordinate with sub finance managers in dividend payment etc.

10.Maintain / update signing matrix / specimen for all DIC China entities



6. Education:



1.University graduate



7. Job Experience:



1.Minimum 5 years experience on financial field, including at least 2 years in managerial role

2.Familiar with Chinese banking/SAFE regulations

3.MNC same position working experience is preferable;



8. Skills:


1.Computer literacy

2.Familiar with one of the prevailing ERP Systems.

3.Good English and Mandarin, Japanese language is a plus
