Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the implementation of all Company Compensation and Benefits for the China Region. Primary focus is in the compensation area, including market benchmarking, pay structure design, job evaluation, and compensation planning. Develop China Region Corporate Compensation Policies and in the design of new compensation programs.
This position reports directly to the HR Director of China. It has not direct reports, but responsible for leading project teams comprised of staff from the HR Team in China.
Market Analysis and Compensation and Benefit Program Design, Establish Process for Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking.
Manage the collection, analysis and documentation of compensation and benefit survey data- identify and assess appropriate pay and benefit surveys; participate in survey benchmarking/job match meeting; and lead the preparation and analysis of survey data.
Develop salary structures and benefit program based on market analysis for China region.
Train/Educate staff on benchmarking and pay and benefit analysis
Other assignments arranged by HRD.
Job Evaluation: Manage job leveling based on job evaluation guideline and process.
Coordinate training of HR team and business HR managers;
Facilitate job leveling process (e.g., coordination, education)
Serve as job level decisions for senior level jobs.
Compensation planning: Provide overall support and coordination of compensation planning.
Assist HR Director and HR Managers in establishing appropriate salary increase budgets.
Assist HR Director and Plant HR Managers in the development of salary structures and salary increase grids/procedures.
Work with plant HR Managers to develop and model salary increase guideline in each location.
Serve as a technical advisor HR Team and Plant managers during the compensation planning process.
Assist in developing compensation and benefit communication strategies and materials. These may include brochures and presentations describing program design changes, annual pay change statements, web-site content, modeling tools. Etc.
Miscellaneous Compensation and Benefits Support. Provide varied analytical and consulting support on compensation and benefits projects and activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR Management or related field; At least 10 years of the experience in HR management.
Honest, integrity and dedication to work is a must, outgoing, healthy.
Good presentation, communication and planning skill and accountability.
Good command of English both in verbal and written, CET-6.
Special skill and knowledge requirements:
Compensation and benefits experience should be Greater China and includes analysis, design and project management related to market benchmarking, compensation planning, job evaluation, pay structure design, compensation policy, variable compensation plan including extensive sales incentive program.
Plant experience is preferred.
