l 具体职责　Specific Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management (50%)
· Overall in charge China logistics Vendor selection, performance management, development.
· Vendor Selection: Propose and access the right vendors to be Logistics business partner.
· Vendor development: Define the vendor core competence. Develop the strategic vendors to provide capacity for Logistics Business need
· Vendor contract and price management: Define outsource request. Improve the process and program for vendors grading, bidding or negotiation, volume allocation, reporting
· Vendor performance management and measurement system: KPIs Management, STAR, Roll out One System Process and Audit roll out with LE, Continue drive the vendor performance and quality improvement
· Risk management: Develop risk management program to ensure our company interest is protected
2. Freight Analysis and Management (20%)
· Responsible for freight improvement and optimization. Drive for the cost efficient outsourcing results
· Develop and optimize freight tracking process/ tools.
· Analyze freight incurred by vendor by LC, make recommendation to drive continue improvement in service and cost
3. Project Management (30%)
· Drive strategic outsource program and project
· Propose the solution and drive facility and transportation upgrade under the supervision of the head of FM
· Transportation system upgrade project if need
l 教育背景Education Level:
University graduates or above in, major in industry engineering or logistics is better

l 经验Years of Experience and Other Attributes:

· 5-10 years working experience in 3rd Party Logistics or FMCG
· Experience in logistics operation, vendor management, project management and the outsourcing market practice,
· Integrity, positive energy, drive to result, Innovation, self-motivated, open to learn,
· Good communication and coordination skill with internal customers and outside vendors
· Sound analytical and presentation skill
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Familiar with MS suite, especially Power Point and Excel
· Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
