The JD of Consumer Marketing Manager is as follows:


The position will report to General Manager , Consumer and Office
Business , ** China.

Job Description for Consumer Marketing Manager

1. To head up ** Consumer business marketing operations and have overall
P&L responsibility for the said business
( includes 3 business units Home Care, Construction and Home
Improvement and Consumer Health Care business).
2. To lead and coaching HCD , CHIM and CHC marketing heads in brand
building and pursue the sustainable profitable growth in China market.
3. To coaching the marketing heads to ensure the effective strategic
plan /marketing plan been well developed by the marketers.
4. To manage ** consumer business Ad/Merch funding ,inventory and related
resources to maximize the ROI in China market.
5. To work with National Sales Manager , Area Sales Leaders and Channel
Marketers to ensure all marketing programs are well implemented in each
territory and market segment.
6. To head up the efforts in developing right products portfolio for China
markets and establish leadership position in the said market.
7. To take the strategic direction given by division and local management ,
convert and implement it for local market.
8. To conduct training and coaching to marketing heads & marketers to
increase the core competence and marketing professionalism.
Criteria

1. Bachelor degree with business related , MBA is preferred but not
necessary
2. At least 12 years in FMCG business with at least 6 years in supervision
on Brand group management
3. At least 3 years experiences in China domestic FMCG business
4. Mandarin as native language
5. Fluent in English , aggressive , passionate with superior communication
skills
6. Great team spirit , good personality and people skills.
7. Great leadership skills , and strong commitment to the job
