职位描述
Responsible for Shanghai HR Operations and Plant Administration.
1. Recruitment
? Responsible for Plant Non-Manager recruitment, from position planning, job description preparation, staffing channel selection, candidate searching & screening and offering.
? Develop and facilitate Junior manufacturing talent pipeline
2. HR Personal Administrations & C&B
? Employee check-in, check-out, social benefits administrations.
? Payroll preparation (incl lead/attendance, bonus calculation, allowance /OT review etc.)
3. Learning & Development
? Organize and facilitate plant new employee orientation
? Training needs collection, review and ensure on-time delivery
4. Employee Relationship Management
? Internal communication
? ER case handling
5. Administration
? Service Provider management (sourcing, contracting, performance management etc.)
6. Reporting
? Development and maintain plant HR/Admin report ensure performance is on track

Qualifications:
? Education: University Degree in science
? Professional Experience: 4+ years as HR, 2+ years in manufacturing organization. Solid skill of recruitment, payroll, labor law & ER case handling
? Skills: Advanced in Presentation, Data Analysis
? Language: Fluent English both in Oral and written
? Personal Quality: Open, Adaptability, Enthusiasm, Aggressive
