职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain and develop prepaid export or import collect businesses as well as logistics services projects with their Chinese suppliers;
? Update, prepare and follow up quotations for our existing customers;
? Maintain and develop logistics project, and create synergies between Key Account and its suppliers;
? Become part of our continuous improvement program with global accounts;
? Help Customer Service team in their daily customer and overseas related correspondences;
? Posses team spirit and multitasking capabilities within team;
? May travel on regular basis for domestic related businesses;
? Maintain a good relationship with all the external suppliers it happens to be in contact;
? Solicit rate from Operations Department or overseas offices;
? Responsible for the agreed business development targets allocated by functional superior;
? Develop a constructive and positive relationship with suppliers, customers, other logistics providers;
? Assist in account receivable issues.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years experience of Key Account in a global forwarder;
? Degree holder or equivalent;
? Interpersonal relationship;
? Products (air & ocean) knowledge;
? Systems knowledge;
? Familiar with local environment and working culture;
? Very good presentation and English capabilities;
? Entrepreneurial minded.
