Responsibilites:

Effectively develop and implement product strategies and tactics to achieve business plan objectives
Monitor sales performance and effectiveness of marketing activities. Provide support to the sales team including training and selling aids
Develop strong professional relationship with key opinion leaders and leverage their expertise to improve brand awareness along with product engagement
Execution and orchestration of the marketing plans, tracking and analysis of results
Design, plan and execute product related professional education events based on customer needs and requirements
Communicate with dealers to increase the market share of the relevant products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above
Medical or pharmaceutical background is preferred
5 years or above working experience, with proven track record in product management or strong sales experience in medical product; ICU or Renal background is preferred.
Experience of managing product line independently form product launch to formulating annual product plan
Be able to communicate with all counter parties to ensure the implementation of annual marketing plan
Channel management experience is preferred
Strong communication skills
Proficiency English communication skill both in written and oral
