Our client is a global provider of product engineering outsourcing services.
Critical performance areas:
Lead Technical Testing efforts within QA group, to include Automation, Performance, Security, UX, Services
Establish strategies and execution efforts working with architects and development organization
Creation of processes and procedures to be used across all technical testing efforts.

Seen as a QA Architect in a very technical role
Responsibilities:
Working with Management establish strategy for all technical testing efforts.
Oversee and hands on involvement with each of the testing areas
Administrative responsibilities for technical testing resources.
Education and experience preferred:
Bachelors Degree
6+ years of multiple types of automation skills in a software development application environment.
Experience with internet applications and the tools used in developing and testing these applications. Proven leadership skills of technical resources.
Qualities desired
Heavy on automation skills. Looking for tool usage like LoadRunner, QTP, Rational Robot, TDD, GreenPepper, Silk, junit, Wylie Intrascope, Emma, Splunk, WebInspect, Quality Center, etc.
Need someone who can go beyond using defined tools and think outside the box. Someone who can start where the current automation tools today stop.
Any special requirements:
MUST have overall testing background with application software with a focus on different types of Automation.
Must be able to lead technical resource to execute to plan what has been established.
