要 求：
- At least Bachelor degree in business administration with focus marketing, MBA preferred
- Background in strategic and operational Marketing of at least 5 years. The candidate should have B2C and/or B2B marketing experience in the FMCG industry.
- Cosmetic/ Personal care industry knowledge of China is preferred
- Affinity to technical issues (e.g. machinery, production, R&D activities) is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong drive to build-up business
- Pragmatic, flexible and self-motivated team-player
- Direct and outspoken character with a service oriented mentality
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within China and abroad (up to 50% of time)

职 责：
Regional Marketing Manager Asia
Report to Regional Commercial and Marketing Director Asia
Key Responsibility
- Lead all marketing activities include Segment management, product management, Marketing communications and Market research.
- Key role that closely work with C&M Director and ALT members in developing and implementing strategic plan
- Based on the strategic plan, develop detailed market segment analysis resulting in individual product and customer strategies.
- Competition intelligence analysis
- Closely work together with sales and R&D to identify right packaging concepts for the customers
- Closely work with Global functional team to implementing product and marketing strategy into local market
- Involve in global marketing projects
- Responsible for product management, involve into project evaluation process and identify business opportunities from marketing development perspective
