Job description:
? Perform planning/purchasing actions to support service parts supply chain throughout their lifecycle like NPI, EOSL
? Execute the relevant parts purchasing plan with the relevant suppliers
? Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from suppliers
? Negotiate with suppliers to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan.
? Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand fluctuation and inventory level-off
? Monitor that all shipments are received into stock in timely manner
? Resolve any issues related with Goods Receipts, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA
? Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups
? Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
? Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities
Candidate qualifications:
? Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic
? At least 1 years experience in planning & purchasing role
? Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing
? Excellent affinity for numbers and data analysis
? Able to understand complex issues
? Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure
? Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers
? Proven experience in purchasing or planning in service or manufacturing environment
? Communicate well with people in all regions inclusive of USA, Europe and Asia. These people are both internal HP folks and external suppliers
? Scalable to be hands-on operations and strategic thinker at the same time
? Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
? Good negotiation skills
? Previous experience in MNC is preferred
