Position:前台行政(鲍尔)
Job Scope:
* This position provides wide range of day-to-day reception & administrative support to the office and secretary assistant to staff members, including travelling arrangement and logistics support, etc… mainly but not limited to 4-5 analysts.
Major accountabilities:
* Receive and screen all incoming calls for the office and answer in a professional manner and transfer to right persons;
* Responsible for conference room arrangement and setting-ups;
* Perform as contact person to venders including, office cleaning, newspaper subscription, international and local express delivery, real estate management, insurance renew;
* Provide administrative assistant to analysts, including document preparation, stationery & office equipment supplies, name cards printing, office commodities ordering and etc;
* Responsible for all aspects of travelling arrangement, including car arrangement, airlines, train tickets purchasing & hotel reservations;
* Arrange Maintenance and Repair of office equipments, laptops and etc;
* Email account set-ups and interns working days’ calculation;
* Support property management to ensure office asset security governance;
* Keep the environment maintenance in good situation, guide cleaning ladies;
* As assigned, may research and compile information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments
* Provide assistant to organize major events, such as Company outing, Annual Dinner, etc.
* Handle ad hoc assignments as requested
Requirements
* Excellent ability to receive and screen incoming calls and visitors;
* Proficient written and oral ability in English and Mandarin;
* Good at MS office software such as word processing and spreadsheet application skills
* Ability to multi-tasks effectively;
* Stable, reliable, hardworking, flexible;
* Attention to details, high work standards;
* College degree or above, with more than 1 year related working experience;
* Good team player.
