岗位职责说明：
负责检查区域内连锁卖场的产品陈列，排面，销量，库存状况和其它
监管并督促促销员，完成沃尔玛的每日门店拜访，维护客情关系，根据客户需求，遵守公司规定完成销售订单
开发在食品区域更多的排面，完成每月销售指标
参与并监管每周促销员会与，鼓励促销员士气，完成每月销量
追踪每月回款，退货和扣点的试用情况
收集竞品信息，了解市场动态，以对最新促销活动做出预测和事先做好准备工作

Job Responsibilities:
Check franchised stores on products display, opening time, sales volume and stock condition in assigned region.
Supervise and check tallyman’s responsible for the Key Account (Walmart) to complete daily visiting to customers with regulated road map and place sales order based on customer needs and company rules
Explore more booth unit in food market to achieve monthly sales target.
Participate and supervise weekly tallyman’s meeting to encourage them to achieve monthly sales target.
Trace and conduct account receivables, return of goods and rebate usage for franchised
Collect competitors' information and understand the market movement to forecast or prepare for lastest promotion or competitive activity

Competency good to have:
Over one year experience in FMCG industry as salesman responsible for key accounts
Organizational and Planning ability to implement and follow up promotion activities or routine products display
Communication skill and interpersonal skill, with influence both on tallyman and store's person in charge
Computer literacy to make weekly report and data consolidation
