职位描述
工作职责
1.与供应商、船公司、代理等保持良好沟通,跟踪订单出货的全流程;
2.工厂确认准期交货,集合托书发指定货代,安排订舱和进仓单,确认船期和拼箱,提单确认,产地证审核,等其他单据的FOLLOW
3.每日UPDATE 主管要求的shipment report;
4.审核出货发票,安排海运费付款;
5.制作海运保险单;
6.其他协助业务主管的一些工作;
岗位要求
1. 2年以上贸易公司或货代公司工作经验;
2. 成熟稳定,责任心强,有团队合作精神及客户服务意识,沟通及协调能力强
3. 大专以上学历,良好的英文读书能力,能熟练操作办公软件,包括WORD,EXCEL,OUTLOOK
4. 努力提高业务水平以适应工作需要。

Key areas of responsibility
1.Working with appointed forwarder /factory and responsible for on time delivery;
2.Preparing and managing export documents on timely basis;
3.Submitting export data to management team within time frame;
4.Communicating with abroad by email;
5.Working independent and familiar with the whole process quickly;
6.Collect booking from factory and send to forwarder, and then following every shipping details with forward and factory ;
1. Check the sea freight invoice and arrange payment;
2. Make insurance policy for shipment cargo
3. Fulfill the shipping report on time;
4. Other work assigned by management;
Qualifications
1. College degree in Logistic/trade related preferred;
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in trading company/forwarder/customs clearance/shipping line etc.;
3. Familiar with logistic/trade working flow and L/C process;
4. Familiar with B/L, C/O ,FORM A,FORM F;
5. Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
6. Native Chinese. Confident, articulate and accurate spoken and written English.( this is VERY IMPORTANT)
7. Understanding of import / export business a plus
8. Proficient in MS Excel.
9. High flexibility, a ‘Can-do' mentality and enjoying work will be necessary to be successful;

Flexibility
The post-holder will need to be able to manage tasks from different areas and with differing requirements and should be able to switch between the various demands from clients and colleagues at any given time.
The post-holder will be required primarily to work standard office hours but on occasion there may be a requirement to work outside of these hours if a project demands it. In addition, although based in Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech Park, the post-holder will be required to travel to meet partners, suppliers, customers or prospects on a time-to-time basis.
This position can clearly evolve for the right person.
