Job Responsibilities:

-Deploys Group's requirements related to reliability/availability;

-Capitalizes reliability/availability events and promotes initiatives;

-Supports maintenance and operations in improving reliability/availability performance;

-Ensures reliable start-up of new equipments or units.

Job Requirements:

- College and above education background, technical background in stationary equipment running in the fields of oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, gasification, ASU, HYCO processes;

- Demonstrated understanding and successful application of reliability theory, probability, failure analysis, and problem solving;

- Strong experience in managing stationary equipment, strong ability in technical matters;

- Rigorous mindset, endure hardships and be capable of hard work;

- Strong knowledge in the fields of metal material, NDT and be familiar with related GB150, GB151, ASTM, ASME codes and regulations;

- Understanding of human and organizational aspects of industrial operations;

- OK level both oral and written English.

-Strong analytical capabilities, willingness to learn;

-Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.
