Senior Project Manager(Project Management)
(Based in Shanghai) (Ref:017/SPM-PM-SH/233)

Responsibilities:

-Manage, plan, monitor and control the execution of projects from inception to handover, overseeing quality, cost changes and project progress. Our Project Management team manages different kind of projects include Commercial Development, Date Centre, Health Care, Industrial Factory, Institution/Education, Leisure and Recreation, Residential Development and Retail.

-Liaise and collaborate with client, governemnt authorities, internal and external design consultants and contractors.

-Manage the procurement of design consultants and contractors, and oversee the delivery of their contractual commitments.

-Act as Client's Respresentative or Contract Administrator may be required.


Qualifications and Experience required:

-Candidates should possess professional membershio of a recognized institution in Project
Management/Architectual/Engineering/Quantity

-Surveying/Building/Construction industry.

-At least 8 years of post chartered experience.

-Self motived, proactive individual who is capable to work in multi-cultural dynamic environment, focus on delivery to timeliness and meet client's expectations.

-Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients, designers,contractors and other professionals.

-Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera Project Planner and/or Microsoft Project is an advantage.

-Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and good command of Mandarin.

-Working experience in Mainland China is essential.


Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Manager.
This position will be based in Shanghai.We pursue diverse experiences and provide Project Management services in all phases of project development from due diligence, land application and lease negotiation, to commissioning and handover.
