Base Location: Shanghai, China
Department:Automotive System
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizing knowledge of Bose Corporation and the Automotive System Division's strategic goals, and understanding the needs of customers, develop a marketing strategy for success with assigned customers. Create and execute innovative marketing programs for multiple automotive customers to improve short- and long-term business returns, customer satisfaction, and Bose brand equity. Grow the business by seeking out new opportunities with current customers. Build positive relationships with managerial-level car company staff. Act as the center of expertise for international teams.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Product/Brand introduction & promotion
a.Maximize the opportunities of introduce and promote Bose product/brand in car companies' adv. campaign, auto shows, new car launches, post launch promotion, ride and drive events and dealer training activities.
b.Make proposals (if press event applied, collaborate with PR Mgr) to and execute the events with car companies including budget control, schedule tracking, supplier management and onsite support.
c.Create core launch materials, dealer training materials and launch objectives & key messages (collaborate with PR Mgr) for new model launches in China market.
2.CRM
a)Establish and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders including Executives, Product Planning, Marketing, Sales and Engineering.
b)Collaborate with and leverage other Bose divisions to enhance value to the Customer and end-consumer advocacy
c)Maintain and communicate "Accommodation Program(s)"
3.Sales Training
a.Working with the sales training manager at the car companies, plan and execute programs that train car dealers on how to demonstrate Bose products and how to use them as a selling feature of the car.
4.Customer Intelligence
aGather Customer intelligence on vehicle programs, customer internal insights/strategies and application rate meanwhile provide report to large customer team worldwide.
5.Marketing Intelligence
a.Cut market research data that will generate credible results to communicate Bose Corporation's value to car company decision-makers.
6.New Program Acquisition
a)Working with the core team members, identify new-vehicle program opportunities. Develop persuasive presentations and present proposals with team to key customer decision-makers and convince them to use Bose products.
7.Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
a)Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or engineering
b)5 years working experience in automotive industry or event agency serving premium car brand accounts
c)Excellent English and intercultural background. CET 6 or TEM8
d)Strong program management skills
e)Willing to travel
f)Team player and self-starter
