Job Responsibilities

1、 Provide the first level support for issues and queries on SAP and the interfaces related to SAP, e.g. SAP and down-stream POS system, SAP and 3^rd party warehouse system, etc.

2、Assist business end users to create issues in English in global support system (Remedy) effectively

3、 Triage the issues to the proper support teams according to the full understanding with business end users

4、Coordinate with local business end users and second level support to get issues resolved efficiently

5、Assist in developing detail functional specifications in case of local change requests by business, analyze the benefits and concerns, and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

6、Support local UAT and training on any system release or deployment, e.g. bug fix, new function implementation, etc.

7、Monitor system interfaces closely and address possible issues accordingly

8、Seek opportunities to improve the IT service and improve satisfaction of end users

Jobholder Requirements

1、English fluency is a required

2、Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills with a measurement driven mindset

3、“Can-do” attitude always

4、Good business knowledge on Retailing, Stock management and Logistic

5、Strong technical capability of SAP, Oracle SQL and PL SQL

6、Familiar with interface design and data analysis

7、Balance working independently and collaboratively with end users with patience

8、Calm and polite manner when dealing with end users even in challenging situations

9、Good interpersonal and listening skills with multi-cultural sensitivity and respect. Contract and vendor management skill is helpful

10、Occasional work in the evenings or weekends

11、Occasional travels

Education & Experience

1、 Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science or relevant

2、5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or Computing industry or related job function

3、Proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility

4、PMP certification is a plus

5、CET-6 or other English certification is a plus
