Our client is a big industrial company with many years of successful operation in China. They will hire one Finance Manager position. and this position will be a part of a global company, reporting both to overseas CFO and to China CEO(both of them are European). Position has base in Shandong.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and supervise employees in the finance department to record and book all business transactions accurately and on time, consistent with Group policies, accounting standards and statutory regulations
? Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, and fixed asset accounting
? Ensure the protection of company assets and compliance with principles of internal controls
? Providing accurate periodic performance and statutory reports including P&L, balance sheets, budget VS actual, and cash flow reports
? Annual budgeting and implementation
? Optimise cash flow and ensure normal operation of the company
? Identify problems arising in financial operations and provide solutions for improvements
? Work closely with the General Manager to ensure implementation and adherence to company policies, guidelines, procedures and rules and regulations among all personnel
? Be responsible for the annual audit
? Identifying and recommending overall potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures in company
? Analysis of proposed capital and other project investments ensuring appropriate development of the company within agreed thresholds
? Development of the finance team to satisfy future growing financial requirements
? Develop forecasting models and provide a finance advisory role to assist the successful implementation of strategic business projects for all departments
? Financial and business controlling as part of both reporting to headquarter as general business controlling in close cooperation with local management team.

Qualifications needed for the role
? College education background and accounting degree or equivalent
? Min 8 year experience in the management of financial reporting, financial data analysis, budgets, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
? Knowledge of China GAAP and IFRS, China CPA preferred.
? Strong skills in excel, word, power point
? Very good English skills
? Good business sense and project management and problem solving skills
? Teamwork , strong communication and influencing skills
? Demonstrated leadership to manage the finance staff
