工作职责：
Understand the customer process & success fully Transition the same to the outsourced
Clearly define a project's objectives, scope & deliverables
Estimate and plan personnel, equipment and financial resources
1. Develop meaningful and workable project plans
2. Handle conflict and change management effectively
3. Identify, communicate and manage the risks associated with the project
4. Ensure adherence to TCS iQMS standards, establish audit trail for all the work done
5. Regularly and professionally report project activities, deliverables and milestones to management
6. Manage transition cost

要求：
5年以上工作经验，其中要求3年及以上的BPO行业经验；
有流程移管经验或参与过流程移管，能够理解客户需求并做到准确的上传下达；
英语听说读写流利；
有财务流程经验优先。
