职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Focus on and collect information on IMMs (Injection Molding Markets), have a comprehensive understanding of the status of market changes and competitors;
- Constitute regional sales plan and accomplish sales task according to the company's sales forecast;
- Visit customers regularly for better understand of their demands, communicating with important customers and developing potential customers;
- Be responsible for negotiating & signing sales contract, and tracking & collecting payment;
- Coordinate the delivery, installation, technical support and after-sales maintenance and etc. by communicating with service, technical, workshops and other relevant dept. according to company's service requirements and product characteristics;
- Maintain good relationship with customers, understand and meet customer’s demand, deal with customer’s complaints in time to satisfy customers;
- Propose product improvements or rationalization proposals according to customer's product features;
- Accomplish the sales task according to the company sales forecasts, control and continue to reduce the cost of sales in strict accordance with budget targets;
- Report back to supervisor and attend regular company meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Sales Representative, Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor position in the injection molding machine industry.
- Candidates from outside the industry can be considered, but
should bring thorough technical understanding and be familiar with the plastics industry (see notes at the end of this SP)
- Strong business management, problem-solving and stress tolerance skills;
- Good communication and coordination skills,
- Strong negotiation skills and comprehensive analysis capabilities.
