CWCC is recruiting Business Development Executives on behalf of client.

Key Responsibilities
- Based in one of the major cities in mainland China;
- Develop and support business development strategies and plans for its business advisory teams in the Greater China;
- Identify areas of opportunities
- Participate in contract negotiations;
- Build long-term business relationships with client;
- Develop a good network within the Group to provide reliable and high quality services;
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge in business advisory focusing on China businesses, current corporate governances; regulatory developments and requirements.

Requirements:
- Must be native Japanese for senior position;
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean for junior position;
- A University graduate with at least 3 years working experience in business development planning and previous experience working in professional firm will be an advantage;
- Self-motivator with exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to gain the respect of clients;
- Traveling is required for cross-border assignment
