Accountabilities
1.Execute/drive/lead the ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 projects and maintain the safety management system of TLC
2.Ensure all organization behaviors in line with Total group HSE policy and legal requirements
3.Achieve and maintain HSE objectives
4.Improve the HSE performance and optimize management system
5.Guide and oversee related HSE procedures and instructions and ensure a proper/consistent implementation
6.Conduct HSE random and daily inspections; participate to fortnightly Safety tours conducted by Supply chain manager and Safety committee members//GM and take all measures in frame of delegation to mitigate the risks and eliminate non conformities, come up with corrective actions
7.Establish HSE training system, provide HSE training to related employees and suppliers
8.Daily guidance of HSE Mgt in TTM
9.The company has acquired ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 accreditation and Total Environment accreditation
10.The group has very strict HSE regulations
11.Awareness on HSE needs to be better perceived by the employees
12.Ensure the company operation is compliant with the Group HSE regulations
13.Enhance the HSE culture
14.0 accident in TTM project period
Qualifications / Experience required：
1.Bachelor degree, major in environment and safety or chemical
2.At least 3 years experience in HSE management
3.Be familiar with quality system, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000
4.Good at communication, leadership, able to work under pressure
5.Fluent in both written and spoken English
6.Experience in petrochemical industry will be a plus
