1. MAIN TASKS:
1.1 Planning
? Production cards for production
? Transportation cards
? Schedule appropriate production plan base on the forecast, actual sales, safety stock policy, production and equipment capacity and materials supply status
? Daily monitor the production plan implementation and coordinate related departments to ensure production running smoothly. Adjust the planning timely if needed
? Generate the materials demand plan for material team
? Work with Purchasing department to place purchasing orders to vendors base on the material plan and follow up the deliveries to meet production request
? Cooperate with relavant departments to deal with suppliers’ quality and delivery problems
? Strictly execute company’s purchasing strategy
? Conduct to reduce slow moving and obsolete materials inventory
? KPI’s
? Other planning tasks
1.2 Stock
? Manage finished goods and raw materials inventory
? Inventory stock and shortages to maintain proper supplies and adjusts inventory counts as needed
? Label goods with numbers and correct identifying information
? Examines purchased parts and supplies to verify correctness
? Stock movements and adjustments
? Other stock tasks
1.3 Shipment
? Picking list for shipment
? Booking of shipment
? Goods tracking
? Other shipment tasks
2. OTHER TASKS:
? Active participate in implementing of Dynamic ERP - System
? Participate in developing and optimizing the routines and systems in the departments
? Assist in purchase
? Assist in customer service
3. ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONS:
? See Organisation chart
4. JOB REQUIREMENTS(Only relevant in connection with recruitments):
? At least 3 years experience as Planner in multinational company;
? Good at English, both oral and written;
? Computer skill such as micro-office is required;
? Familiar with SAP or ERP system;
? Logical thinking is required;
? Purchasing experience is plus;
? Good team player;
? Experience on AX system is preferred;
